Primary Sheave Problems. To start out i have a 2007 660 sport edition rhino. it does have an aftermarket sheave just not sure what kind. the weights inside are 14 gram weights. My problem started when the nut backed off and everything went downhill. I took it apart and replaced 4 of the broken plastic pieces around the weights a new cam plate.

Get the proper clutch tools and take it apart. Use some red scotchbrite to polish off the surface rust. Blow out any crap or debris in the sheaves and inspect the movable sheave bushing for any damage. This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread.
