Cerita Tentang Mihrab Rasulullah di Madinah. Nabi Besar Muhammad SAW pernah shalat dengan menghadap ke Baitul Maqdis sekitar kurun waktu 16 ataupun 17 bulan. Pada saat setelah beliau hijrah ke Kota Madinah, kiblat masjid pun berada pada bagian belakang, dari arah utara yang berhadapan dengan pintu Utsman di dekat pilar kelima, sebelah utara Pilar Aisyah RA.
