It's probably a good idea to put it in your System32 folder. And it possibly needs to be 'registered'. You can register it by using regsvr32.exe from a command prompt. eg if the file was in System32. C:\regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\dbgrid32.ocx. If you get a success message you're in luck.
