First I followed this tutorial here and the driver for Digispark never showed up under my USB devices. I also rebooted Win10, looked at my devices, and the device still isn't there, even when I did "Show hidden devices" in device manager. When I rebooted the PC I noticed there were updates pending, so maybe that caused a problem.

But unfortunately the driver windows has chosen was a standard USB driver not a DigiSpark driver. There seems to be no option to select the proper driver.. The Attiny85 doesn't have a UART so it will require using software to emulate the serial interface needed to interface with a Bluetooth module. But you should be okay with a 433 MHz.
