The axle has slots for the original FlashForge 600gr filament spools (center opening 20mm), and the Universal Clas Ohlson's 1kg filament spools (center opening 52.8mm) - using the provided adapter rings. Spools are kept nicely centered in the rack. The rack can easily accomodate spools up to 80mm wide.

The JAYO filament likes it pretty low. The only other thing I did outside of my normal PLA settings was reduce the flow rate to about 95% as both seemed to be a little oozier than regular PLA. They both printed very smooth with minimal layer lines before post-processing. JAYO - 180C nozzle, 60C bed.

As you can see at top, the 2.85mm format provides a far greater area of material. To deliver a given amount of material, the extruder would turn 2.6X slower if using 2.85mm filament. Depending on the accuracy of the extruder's stepper motor, this could very slightly affect the precise control of material flow.

Clas Ohlson have only tried the PLA, very little pigment in the material, colours are transparent "candy colours" that can be useful sometimes, but mostly not. The nature coloured PLA prints very good, very nice surface and easy to print. My first choice for parts that I will paint, hardly needs sanding and filler.
