The cardinal features of this condition include craniosynostosis, severe mid-face hypoplasia, proptosis, choanal atresia/stenosis, frontal bossing, dysplastic ears, depressed nasal bridge, radiohumeral synostosis, long-bone fractures and femoral bowing, urogenital abnormalities and a normal karyotype.
