In gunslinger just pay attention to not be way too close to thin walls and you should be fine. I only play Hunter because I adore how badass and immersive it is to walk around with my weapon lowered like that. Gunslinger is definitely more of an average fps kind of control scheme, while for me Hunter feels correct for hunt. But repeating my statement from before I've been playing since the closed beta.
