Cut a healthy leaf from the main plant with a sterilized knife or scissors. Choose a leaf from the middle row of leaves, not too close to the center, and not too close to the outer edge. Trim the stem so there is about 1/2" left. Now make a small 45 degree cut at the tip of the stem. African violets are incredibly easy to propagate.
