70km on the odometer and scooter went to Chinese heaven. Bought new la souris scooter and picked it up from store in Venlo on 30/3. First ride, crooked steering to the right side in order to drive straight. Battery died on 3/4. Made an appointment on 4/4 for sorting those problems.

After sales customer service is awful. Unfortunate that la Souris a B brand is and hard to sell on, retains little value and others scooter shops aren't interested. Even La Souris won't take their own scooters back for part exchange. Tip: go for a better brand such as Piaggio. Date of experience: November 23, 2023.

Hi there. We are staying in Milan in April and are keen to visit the Museo Scooters and Lambretta at via Kennedy, 38 Rodano (Milano). This appears to be on an industrial estate and as we won't have a car, we wondered what the best way is to get to and from the museum.. We're imagining we could take a taxi there but are not sure about calling a taxi to return an hour or so later.
