The history of Riondet goes back to the summer of 1978 when our father Ivano, then a youthful twenty-year-old, set out on his bar / restaurant adventure assisted by grandmother Maria, who helped him out by working in the kitchen.. In 1980 Ivano married our mother Paola Collomb who, since leaving school, had been working alongside her parents and sisters at La Lisse.
