Sintra Tourist Bus 434 All You Need to Know BEFORE You Go
We reached Sintra station by train from Rossio station, came out of the station and walked right for about 100 meters to get bus 434. Joined the queue and paid 6.80 euros each for the round trip. Make sure you join the right queue as there were different queues for different buses

Tickets advertised on the website are different from what is sold on the bus/ticket counter opposite Sintra station. Heading up to Sintra is ok but budget for 45 mins at least to get to Pena castle (not the 16 mins advertised). The return is terrible.
