Spread the Nutella over the baked shortbread base. Be careful, the pan will be hot. Crumble the crumb topping mixture over top of the Nutella, squeezing it in your fist to form crumbles. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the top is golden. Remove from the oven and cool the bars fully in the pan.

Cover with plastic wrap and a tea towel and allow to proof for a second time, 45 minutes to an hour. Pre-heat your oven to 375oF (190oC). Uncover your braided loaf (it should be about double in size) and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool in the tin for 15-20 minutes before slicing and serving, enjoy!
