Do you mean {Face to face conversation}, or perhaps {To Your Face}, or maybe {Simple Face to Face Conversation Kiwami}? If it's any one of those, the answer is no, as they require SKSE. If you meant another mod, please specify which mod you mean, as I don't think there is a mod simply called "Face to face". edit: Proper Torch Wield?

Finally, a mod that gives us face-light during conversations without any CTDs. Better Face Lighting and Conversation works great with Simple F2F Conversation. Just toggle off the auto switch to first person POV in dialogue. The face-light during conversations works perfectly, with any CTD after 20 hours in my game, and the subtle candlelight.

Of the two "Alternate Conversation Camera" was probably the more stable one, but it takes more getting used to because it swings the camera to the person talking which includes the Dragonborn. Really really loved this mod from day one and it's a pity a conversion (or something similar to it) hasnt shown up yet for SkyrimSE. Especially with now added vanilla depth-of-field this could be a beautiful addition.
