Make an outline of your housing on a piece of paper, cut it out, then trace it along the large PCB board like so. Now test fit the 30 LEDs to make sure they fit before you cut the board out. Now cut it out and fit it into your housing with the LEDs taped into place (tape in the back so its easier to "stick" to the board)
