Appearance The Manchester Terrier is a small dog and is slightly longer than they are tall with a muscular body. They have a wedge-shaped head, the neck is slightly arched, the topline (back) is slightly arched over the loins and the abdomen is tucked up with an arched line. The tail tapers to a point and is carried in a slight upward curve.
