The pitchers will go darker still - as the name suggests, almost black! But, the plant is still young and we had a poor summer here.

Cephalotus 'Eden Black' In my experience, the darker clones possibly have the capability of getting darker colouration in condition that a typical clone would also get good colouration, i.e. if the conditions are not conducive to colouration in a typical clone then this is unlikely to be realized in a dark clone either.
