The story begins in 2010 in Aix-en-Provence. At the time, aix&terra is a small grocery store. When they first discover it, Marina and Richard Alibert enter a colourful and fragrant shop. Richard, born in Marseille and grandson of a grocer, finds the warm atmosphere of the Provencal counter and the smells of his childhood; Marina, from Barcelona.

We cook them ourselves in our factory without any colouring agents or preservatives. You can find them directly at home and in our delicatessen stores. Without them, we're nothing! If you are lucky enough to go in person, you can sample nearly every tapenade & confiture (jam) they have to offer, like I did (well, almost.) My favorite savory: Caviar d'Aubergines (eggplant) a la truffe noire (with black truffles).
