SMART 4000 Navantia looks at the future EDR Magazine
At the FEINDEF-2021 exhibition in Madrid, Navantia demonstrated what a frigate of tomorrow might look like. The novelty was called SMART 4000. The displacement of the ship will be 4000 tons. The length of the SMART 4000 is 120 meters, the crew should include 70 people. The frigate will be able to reach a speed of 25 knots (46 kilometers per hour).
